Plotpointe provides a dashboard platform for writers to track their content performance, view analytics, manage submissions, and access various tools related to content creation and management. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Plotpointe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the Service.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, analytics data, or business information accessed through the Service. This includes but is not limited to performance metrics, revenue data, and internal company communications.
In no event shall Plotpointe, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
